Whether your goals are to lose weight, gain lean muscle, complete 10 pull ups, or increase your sports performance, Coach Julie is here to make your goals a reality. She has worked with clients ranging from elite athletes to high risk pregnancy to weight loss management to busy moms and everything in between. This program will include an initial 60 minute call, followed up with a customized 4 week training regimen. This routine is written to your specific needs so that you can work smarter versus harder and make every second of your workout count to meet your individual goals and potential.
